Think of this role like a nurse prepping for a doctor: you ask smart questions, gather the right details, and ensure the field team has everything they need to succeed on the first visit. You’ll balance a high volume of calls with real-time schedule management, technician coordination, and membership engagement. This role requires strong intuition, confident communication, and the ability to turn chaos into clarity — all while delivering a top-tier customer experience. What You’ll Do Answer and triage incoming calls to assess the nature of service needed Assign the right technician based on skillset, schedule, and customer need Own each call from intake to completion — scheduling, following up, and adjusting as priorities shift Proactively manage the daily schedule in ServiceTitan, including real-time reshuffling based on urgency Conduct outbound follow-ups for confirmations, scheduling, and customer check-ins Promote and sell Delponte’s membership programs in a consultative, confident manner Ensure every technician heads to a job prepared, informed, and set up for success Accurately enter and manage all service details within our platform What You Bring Experience in a Plumbing, HVAC, or Home Service dispatch/scheduling/customer-facing role Working knowledge of basic trade terminology or the ability to quickly learn and ask the right questions Strong organizational skills — you’re calm, focused, and responsive in a fast-paced setting ServiceTitan experience preferred A warm, professional communication style with the ability to lead conversations confidently Natural curiosity — you dig deeper to understand the full picture and solve the right problem Assertive when needed, always kind, and team-first in your approach Why Join Delponte?
