Full-Time Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Stuart, FL We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate Medical Scheduler to become a vital part of our healthcare team. What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, tests, and follow-up visits based on provider availability and office protocols. Confirm and update appointments, clearly communicating any changes to patients and clinical teams. Maintain accurate, up-to-date physician schedules, minimizing conflicts and maximizing clinic efficiency. Ensure all patient information is handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with patients through professional, clear, and courteous communication. Enter patient and appointment details accurately into scheduling and EHR systems. Support administrative operations with a team-oriented, adaptable attitude. Manage multiple scheduling priorities while staying calm, composed, and focused under pressure.
What You Bring:
At least 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (or equivalent experience). Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients over the phone. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. A professional demeanor with the ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding HIPAA standards. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with medical scheduling software and EHR platforms. Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures. Call center experience.
