Are you a customer service pro? Do you have a vision for creating positive experiences with clients? The Scheduler responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the client is provided impeccable service. Essential Job Responsibilities Handle incoming calls with a specific call guide in a warm and friendly manner: answering client questions, making appointments, coordinating service with Service Advisors. Handle outbound calls to Schumacher clients with specific call guides in a professional and upbeat manner: reminding clients of upcoming appointments, calling for revenue generating purposes to set appointments for service due/recalls/declined services. Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies. Sitting and speaking on the phone for long periods of time at one station. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education and job requirements High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Proficient computer skills; experience using word, excel and other MS products. Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors. Must be available to work Weekdays and some Saturdays. Must be able to speak English and Spanish proficiently. Experience in CDK Software highly preferred.
