Our client, a major national organization in the healthcareindustry with a location in Jupiter, FL, has an opening for anexperienced Parts Expeditor. This is an extended temporary positiononly, scheduled to last up to one year. A Parts Expeditor drivessolutions for customers needing parts for acute care medicaldevices. The primary role for this position is to process andfulfill purchase order requests, resolve order issues and confirmparts delivery for the biomed and field service teams. PartsExpeditors have a Supplier support focus.
Requirements:
- -3+ years’ experience expediting for a large manufacturer
- -Receive and process vendor order changes. i.e. part pricechanges, updated part numbers or description, vendor addresschanges, etc.
- -Perform professional vendor and field call handling andcommunication.
- -Meet or exceed established goals and metrics as defined by theleadership team.
- -Comply with company attendance policy.
- -Flexible work schedule to provide coverage from 8AM to 6PMEST.
- -Input and update data into Oracle databases.
