ETS serves as the state contractor for the California Department of Education (CDE) to administer and report the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) and English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) assessment program. The Product Operations Associate contributes in the creation of the work plan and executes the day-to-day operations of the CAASPP and ELPAC assessment programs, based on the direction provided by Product Operations Manager. This position is located in the Sacramento ETS Office and travel within California is required. End-to-End Product Management & Delivery + Supports execution against the product work plan objectives for assigned product + Works with FCEs (Functional Centers of Excellence) to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) + Supports identification of product delivery improvement areas + Communicates and collaborates with FCEs / vendors / partners clearly and effectively + Develops video scripts and works with vendors to produce videos + Manages video archiving, posting to YouTube, posting to websites, closed captions, and accessible transcripts + Develops video production processes and trains other staff in video production practices Contract/SLA Fulfillment + Provides status updates on day-to-day operations + Executes against SLA’s and KPI’s under the guidance of Product Operations Manager Financial Management + Collects data to help track all product-related expenditures against budget + Supports attainment of surplus targets by controlling expenses + Adheres to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function

- The Product Operations Associate works under the general direction of a senior manager. This role is fairly autonomous and operates with minimal daily supervision.
- The expected compensation for this role is $75,000 – $80,000 + Benefits + A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
+ 2+ years of experience in administrative, project management support, or video production + Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Knowledge of accessibility requirements (preferred) + Experience with Camtasia or other video production software (preferred) + Ability to work with cross-functional teams + Ability to provide status updates on day-to-day operations; deep understanding of SLA’s and KPI’s + Ability to understand client/vendor’s needs and ensure that ETS is meeting those expectations + Demonstrated understanding of product operational needs + Escalates effectively when faced with uncertainty and / or lack of data by seeking the data necessary to guide decision-making #LI-MM1
