• As a Production Coordinator, you will take charge of coordinating schedules, managing inventories, and facilitating the smooth execution of production projects.

Collaborating closely with sales, customers, and production staff, you will be the linchpin that ensures all necessary resources are primed and ready to meet project requirements and deadlines. • Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Coordination:

• Maintain and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project timelines.

• Material Management:

• Oversee the ordering and procurement of materials, keeping a keen eye on inventory.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that required equipment, tools, and resources are available and prepared for use.

• Communication:

• Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges that could impact production timelines, finding creative solutions to maintain workflow.

• Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and resource utilization for invoicing, reporting and analysis.

• Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast paced office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and an ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing google suite, CRM programs and tools for scheduling, inventory management, and communication.
