The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Coordinate daily production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency within the manufacturing facility. Oversee the assembly line operations, ensuring that all products are fabricated according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for production, coordinating with warehouse staff as necessary. Assist in training new employees on equipment usage and safety procedures within the factory environment. Monitor production metrics and report on performance to management, identifying areas for improvement. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and fabrication techniques is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
