Temp-to-Hire About Us We are a leading timeshare exit company dedicated to helping timeshare owners legally, ethically, and efficiently exit their agreements. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is an essential part of our customer engagement process, where you will assist prospects in understanding our services, managing inquiries, and helping to schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities Prospect Outreach:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our timeshare exit services.

Information Dissemination:

Educate prospects about our services, addressing their questions and concerns.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and our sales team.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, inquiries, and appointments using CRM software.

Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up communications to confirm appointments and ensure client satisfaction.

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointment setting and customer engagement.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRM software or other systems to track customer interactions and appointments.

Work Ethic:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Customer-Centric Attitude:

Ability to handle customer concerns and inquiries with patience and a positive attitude.
