Asbury Heights, a premier senior living community in Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our community by creating and maintaining resident appointment schedules, transportation arrangements, and activity calendars.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for residents, including appointments, activities, and transportation needs. Coordinate transportation arrangements for residents to medical appointments, outings, and other off-site events. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors to confirm appointments and ensure timely transportation. Maintain a clear and organized scheduling system, utilizing software or paper-based methods. Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests regarding appointments and activities. Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive and patient demeanor, with a passion for serving seniors.
