About the Role We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of private wealth advisors. The ideal candidate will handle account paperwork, assist with client service, and manage client requests effectively.

Responsibilities Client Onboarding and Information Management:

Gather and input client information following our client onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Account Preparation:

Collect all necessary information and prepare the required forms for new accounts.

Document Management:

Ensure documents used in client meetings are uploaded to Docket and maintain an organized OneDrive structure.

Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up:

Prepare reports and ready advisors for client meetings, as well as document and distribute post-meeting notes. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or client service role in the financial services industry. A foundational knowledge of investment products. Licenses are required. If not licensed, the willingness and ability to earn licenses will be a priority to support clients and team members. Proficiency with the computer and technology, with a focus in financial software and office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Skills Attention to

Accurately prepare and review client account paperwork.

Customer Service Skills:

Provide prompt and courteous service to clients, addressing their inquiries and requests. Clear and effective verbal and written communication with clients and team members.

Organizational Skills:

Manage multiple tasks, maintain client files, and ensure orderly office operations.

Technical Proficiency:

Motivated to learn new financial software, CRM systems, and office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Team Collaboration:

Able to work independently and work effectively as part of a team to support advisors and achieve common goals.

Adaptability:

Adapt to changing environments and demands quickly. Preferred Skills Experience with financial software and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills. Pay range and compensation package Base Salary, 401k plan with a 4% match & profit sharing, Group Health, Vision, Dental, LTD and STD.
