What You’ll Do:

Dispatch & Scheduling Schedule and dispatch service technicians for regular and emergency service calls Coordinate technician routes and adjust for delays, call-outs, or weather Monitor field activity and update records in our ERP system (Cargas) Communicate clearly with field staff to ensure efficient workflow Customer Service Answer and direct inbound service calls Gather service request details and assist new customers Troubleshoot basic service issues and relay information to techs Maintain a friendly, professional attitude—even under pressure Admin Support Enter accurate data into scheduling and service systems Assist with billing, permits, and vehicle maintenance tracking Help manage service counter and Point-of-Sale as needed Support other departments to ensure a smooth daily operation

What You Bring:

Bonus if you have 2-5 years of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience Experience with ERP or scheduling software (Cargas preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Gmail Bonus if you have knowledge of propane, HVAC, fuel delivery, or fireplaces Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Dependable, organized, and comfortable with fast-changing priorities Must be available September through March (busy season)
