Competitive Salary in a friendly work environment Job Summary We are seeking a Client Intake Coordinator & Scheduler to join our team. Job description FT (or two PT) Individuals (20 – 40 hrs per week) to work in our two office locations P rivate behavioral/mental health outpatient therapy practice is seeking a Client Intake Coordinator & Scheduler to join our team. This is an important position that allows us to provide comprehensive and consistent client care by coordinating behavioral health and mental health services. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills. As the Client Care Coordinator & Scheduler, you will be our client’s first point of contact. You will need to ensure that clients immediately feel comfortable, valued, and respected. This position is in-person at one or both of our Main Line Vicinity office locations and includes responding to client calls and inquiries, setting new clients up into the electronic health record system, processing initial paperwork, and scheduling the initial intake appointment with a clinician. Compensation is $17-$22/hour based on qualifications and experience. •Please include a short explanation of why you are the right candidate to add to our growing team.
Job Type:
FT (30-40 hours per week) or two PT positions (20-25 hours per week) Responsibilities Assign clients to the appropriate clinicians Use cloud-based scheduling software Communicate with managers, clinicians and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes Assist in the hiring, training, and management of new staff Welcoming clients & providing support and warmth at a time of vulnerability and high emotional need Close collaboration with other staff members Answering phone, retrieving messages and returning calls Retrieving client information via phone and email and uploading it into EHR Distributing, receiving and uploading documents required for health record Coordinating the process of matching clients to clinicians and updating clinician’s schedules Scheduling initial intake appointments Maintaining office appearance and monitoring office supplies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Working understanding of EHR systems required Experience in the mental health field preferred At minimum, High school diploma or GED 3+ years professional office experience Demonstrated ability to learn office systems, work independently and handle a fast-paced environment Prior mental health office reception/admin experience preferred Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Office required Ability to multitask and prioritize projects Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to respond quickly and work efficiently
