This role works closely with leadership and thetechnical team to execute key business processes, maintain accuratesystems, and ensure consistent service delivery. Key Responsibilities ?Execute billing processes for recurring services, hourly labor, andproject/product work ? Manage vendor coordination, procurement, andclient contract workflows ? Use tools such as Autotask PSA,QuickBooks, and ConnectBooster to complete operational tasks andmaintain data accuracy ? Support internal project tracking,reporting, and performance metrics ? Assist in preparing leadershipmeetings and driving accountability on internal initiatives ?Provide operational support to reduce administrative burden on thetechnical team Qualifications ? 3-5 years of experience inoperations, administrative support, or a similar role ? Strongfamiliarity with the IT services or MSP industry preferred ?Proficient with systems like QuickBooks, PSA platforms, Microsoft365, and related tools ?
