Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are key? New Wire Marine is looking for a highly motivated Planner/Scheduler to join our Production team. New Wire Marine is an industry leader in custom marine switch panels and electronics. Our unique manufacturing process blends one-off creative builds with repeatable OEM production. As a growing, fast-paced company, you’ll join a collaborative team that values continuous improvement and takes pride in delivering exceptional products. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring products move smoothly through our design and manufacturing process. You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate daily plans to department managers, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize, plan, and schedule incoming orders across ecommerce, OEM, and custom builds Monitor daily production progress and adjust resources to avoid bottlenecks Lead daily planning conversations with department managers Review and enter orders with accuracy, paying close attention to revisions and harnessing requirements Update weekly forecasts and production schedules to support workload planning Work closely with the Director of Production and Engineering on ship date changes and special requests Facilitate RMA flow and First Article builds through the schedule Maintain and improve the scheduling accuracy scorecard and contribute to weekly and monthly planning reviews

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a production planner or scheduler in a manufacturing or custom order environment Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is key Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable making informed decisions based on incoming order data and shifting resources accordingly Experience working cross-functionally with production, design, and sales teams

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred (not required) 2-4 years of planning/scheduling experiencein a manufacturing or custom production environment required Experience with production management software, ERP systems, or scheduling tools is a plus
