All-Star Personnel Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to support the daily operations of our manufacturing and warehouse facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, efficiency, and team performance. You will assist with process improvement, safety compliance, employee support, and production tracking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support and enforce all Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies and initiatives. Conduct safety checks, hazard reports, and participate in incident investigations. Provide day-to-day support to production teams, ensuring alignment with company policies and performance goals. Assist with training and guidance for warehouse associates and temporary workers. Help maintain a positive work environment and support fair and inclusive treatment of all team members. Contribute to Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects. Track and report on production goals , inventory levels, and key performance metrics. Coordinate the availability of equipment, tools, and supplies. Ensure accurate documentation and use of company systems. Support the coordination of inbound and outbound freight , when required. Operate and train others on mobile plant equipment, if applicable. Conduct team meetings and maintain communication with plant leadership and cross-functional departments. Ensure third-party vendors comply with safety and site regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when necessary. Must be able to handle changing priorities and respond to operational needs in real time.
