You will serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, title companies, and clients—ensuring every deal is tracked, documented, and closed with strong customer service. Your primary focus will be protecting timelines, ensuring compliance, solving problems, and maintaining clarity throughout the entire contract-to-close process. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and resourceful individual who thrives on precision, follows through relentlessly, and communicates proactively. Responsibilities:
Manage all real estate transactions from contract to close with full ownership Communicate daily with title companies, sellers, buyers, and internal teams Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and stored correctly Track transaction timelines and take proactive steps to resolve delays or risks Maintain CRM data accuracy with real-time updates on each file Coordinate closing schedules and logistics with all stakeholders Submit and monitor all post-closing documentation Collaborate closely with cross department teams for a seamless process Handle 30-50 open files at a time
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination, title, or operations Exceptional attention to detail and process follow-through Highly organized with excellent time and task management skills Proactive communicator with a customer-first mindset Comfortable using CRM tools and managing digital file systems Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
