This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in operations and supply chain management. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are stored, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Fulfillment ○ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment ○ Generate shipping labels and documentation using our internal systems ○ Coordinate with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
• Logistics Support ○ Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide status updates ○ Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays ○ Help optimize packing and shipping processes for cost and efficiency
• Inventory Management ○ Receive and check incoming stock and materials ○ Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies ○ Maintain organized and labeled storage areas
• General Operations ○ Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment ○ Support other departments as needed for cross-functional tasks ○ Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or inventory-related role
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or shipping tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
