Shipping and Receiving Clerk •SAP and ERP Experience Required• Long Term – Full Time Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position for a local company in Northeast Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. This position involves receiving shipments, inspecting and documenting the contents, processing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all paperwork is accurate. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

DETAILED SUMMARY
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring all products are properly stored and easy to locate. Track and record inventory levels, updating the system to reflect all incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and receipts. Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly for future reference and auditing purposes. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve shipping or receiving issues in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Various warehouse management systems. Organization skills and attention to details. Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English. ERP and SAP experience required. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
