FL Job Duties :

Needs to be at Melbourne, Florida area as client sits there Infra Data Centre/Cloud, DWP & EUC (Field Service, DWP) skilled hands on delivery Leader He should be able to manage a team of 5-6 onsite support team in the US (direct reportees) and work with Offshore Team (work as 2 in a box with offshore delivery lead) who will manage Service Desk, EUC and few Data Center towers Should be able to manage client and be Point of contact for Onshore to client

Should be able to work and hands on, when and if needed for Field Service and DWP work. Should be able to work along with larger Offshore CIS team Excellent communication (verbal + written) Responsibilities Manage remote and client-based development projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals. Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and project timelines. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Develop and maintain project documentation to support transparency and accountability. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes. Collaborate with field services teams to integrate their input into project planning. Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Utilize technical expertise in remote and client-based development to guide project execution. Support hybrid work model by ensuring effective communication and collaboration tools are in place.
