Warehouse Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 5201 Causeway Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619 Warehouse Manager Got-Rack – Tampa, FL Full-time | $65,000 – $90,000 a year (DOE) Got-Rack is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations while actively working alongside your team to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency across the board.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order pulling, and inventory control. Supervise warehouse associates — schedule shifts, provide training, and support team development. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed. Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Coordinate with other departments for product flow, scheduling, and special orders. Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a high-volume setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient with inventory control practices and warehouse software systems. Comfortable working in a hands-on role — this is not a desk-only position. Forklift experience required (certification preferred). Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
