ScandyCandy is a fast-growing Swedish candy brand bringing top-quality, non-GMO sweets to the U.S. market through e-commerce and retail. We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our South Florida fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping Lead a small team to ensure fast, accurate, and organized order fulfillment Manage Shopify orders and ensure all daily shipments go out on time Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and FIFO practices Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for inbound shipments Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the warehouse Implement and optimize fulfillment processes as we scale
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing e-commerce warehouse operations Proficiency in Shopify (order processing, inventory management, fulfillment) Strong understanding of packaging, shipping carriers, and label systems Fluent in English; Spanish is a big plus Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) Reliable transportation to our Doral warehouse
