The dispatcher will maintain consistent communication with the delivery & distribution team, ensuring quality, and time-efficient arrival of products at the consumers’ homes and retailers. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Follow YGP Policies & procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times and mileage Assign randomized routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate records.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on delivery operations, inventory status, and customer feedback for management review.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with the delivery drivers and management team, You’ll be responsible for providing clear instructions and support to the driver during opening & closing to ensure smooth operations. Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customers’ orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale Work in close coordination with a team of other Delivery Drivers, Designated Dispensary,Inventory Specialists, and managers. Act as a liaison between customer and YGP management to continually improve the customer experience Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Age 21 or over (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid Driver’s License (Required) Clean driving record (Required) Proficiency with Excel/Google Spreadsheet Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software and debit terminal Must successfully complete a role specific training program Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays Positive attitude and strong work ethic Demonstrates high emotional intelligence Ability to effectively multi-task Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail
