= Onsite Resume Respondent Name Position Title Section Short Description of Position Minimum Qualifications (• are Required) EOC Manager Command Staff Coordinate state and local disaster assistance efforts; help oversee budget and expenditures to ensure stewardship of the public trust and disaster operations’ effectiveness; appraise the most urgently needed types of assistance; serve as the principal point of contact for coordination of state and local disaster relief activities and implement of the state emergency plan. 3+ years of work experience in the role Finance/Admin Section Chief Finance Responsible for all financial, administrative, and cost analysis aspects of the incident; oversee staff responsible for recording personnel time; negotiate leases; maintain vendor contracts; administer claims; track and analyze incident costs. 3+ years of work experience in the role Logistics Section Chief Logistics Oversee the provision of all support needs for the incident, including ordering resources and providing facilities, transportation, supplies, equipment maintenance and fuel, food service, communications, and medical services for incident personnel. 3+ years of work experience in the role Operations Section Chief Operations Manage all operational response directly applicable to the incident; manage all incident tactical activities and supervise organization elements in accordance with the Incident Action Plan (IAP); direct execution of IAP. 3+ years of work experience in the role Planning Section Chief Planning Collect, evaluate, and disseminate operational information pertaining to the incident; maintain information and intelligence on the current and forecasted situation, as well as the status of resources assigned to the incident; prepare and document Incident Action Plans (IAP); gather and disseminate information and intelligence critical to the incident. 3+ years work experience in the role Minimum Contractor Qualifications, Certifications, or Experience Given the specialized nature of the work requested by this solicitation, the Agency requires that each Contractor demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience working within an EOC during disaster events. Such experience may be evidenced through the Key Personnel, including experience accrued while employed by other organizations. To demonstrate the requisite experience, a Contractor must submit a list of their current and previous contracts that encompass services performed in an Emergency Operations Center and resumes of key personnel (EOC Manager, Finance/Admin Section Chief, Logistics Section Chief, Operations Section Chief, and Planning Section Chief) who will be dedicated to this contract. CLIENT reserves the right to request resumes of additional assigned personnel at its sole discretion for the life of the resulting contracts.
