This role will focus on:
Strategic Value Stream Production Leadership:

Manage and optimize the end-to-end value stream from raw materials to finished products ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Operational Excellence:

Champion lean methodologies to unlock efficiencies, minimize waste, and drive sustainable improvements

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and growth

Quality Assurance:

Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Cost Management:

Develop and execute cost-management strategies to achieve financial targets and improve operational margins

Performance Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational improvements, drive action plans, and achieve measurable business improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance ensuring a unified approach to operational opportunities and improvements.

Customer Focus:

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery performance.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Lead the resolution of production challenges swiftly and effectively to maintain operational flow and minimize downtime.

Innovation and Strategy Development:

Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to achieve long-term operational excellence and industry leadership. What you’ll be doing

Streamline Production Operations:

Oversee and optimize the entire production process for both ASPECO and WM Pump Assembly from raw materials to finished products.

Implement Lean Practices:

Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Lead Teams:

Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and operators and lead cross-functional teams to achieve production goals

Ensure Quality:

Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Monitor Costs:

Control production costs and work within budget constraints.

Track Performance:

Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate Across Departments:

Work closely with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. Focus on

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solve:

Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Develop Strategies:

Procurement Team:

To ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Logistics and Supply Chain Team:

To coordinate the flow of materials and finished products.

Maintenance Team:

To ensure the equipment is functioning properly and downtime is minimized.

Human Resources:

To manage staffing, training, and employee relations.

Finance Department:

To monitor costs and manage budgets.

Sales and Customer Service Teams:

To align production with customer demands and ensure satisfaction.

Senior Management:
