Storeroom Manager – Recycled Products Manufacturer Join a thriving, sustainability-focused manufacturer with an outstanding team culture! We’re looking for an experienced Storeroom Manager to lead our inventory and materials operations, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a dedicated storeroom team, creating a positive, safety-first environment Oversee inventory of raw materials, parts, and supplies to keep operations flowing Coordinate material deliveries and logistics with internal teams and suppliers Maintain organized, accurate inventory systems and conduct regular audits Improve processes to reduce waste, cut costs, and boost efficiency Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental standards Manage storeroom budgets and align purchasing with company goals Keep clear, precise records and provide timely reporting
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in inventory management, with 2+ years in a leadership role (manufacturing experience preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Solid knowledge of inventory systems and materials handling Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and coordination skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Bonus :
Experience in the paper, pulp, or recycled materials industries is a plus!
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred) Comfortable working in an active industrial environment
