This role isessential for innovating our approach to forecasting, inventoryplanning, and production scheduling while collaborating with keystakeholders to align operations with business objectives.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead the WI team to support future growth byoptimizing supply chain operations, systems, and planningprocesses. Create and implement the vision and strategy for supplychain and business planning to align with SMC’s businessobjectives. Create and implement capacity planning strategies toensure the organization can meet current and future demand whileoptimizing resources and minimizing costs. Innovate and streamlinethe Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, facilitatingcollaboration across departments to drive operational excellence.

Facilitate change by challenging the status quo, introducinginnovative solutions that drive continuous improvement andoperational scalability. Develop and lead cross-functional teams toensure seamless execution of business goals. Lead the end-to-endprocess of demand, supply, and inventory planning to ensure timelyand cost-effective product delivery. Essential QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, Operations, or a related field. At least 5-8 yearsof experience in demand planning, supply chain management, orproduction scheduling. Strong proficiency with ERP systems andadvanced planning software (e.g., IQMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a focus ondriving actionable insights. Proven leadership ability to manageteams, foster collaboration, and guide team development. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationwith internal and external stakeholders. Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment and manage competing priorities whilemaintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Successful history of implementing SIOP, Planning procedures,Business Intelligence tools, and team development across multiplefacilities. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, Operations, or a related field (preferred). 3 yearsof experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, orproduction planning, including supervisory or leadership experiencein an Injection Molding sector. APICS certification (e.g., CPIM orCSCP) and knowledge of or certified in Demand Driven MRPProficiency in IQMS, Tableau, Power

BI, DDMRP, MRP

II, MPS, DRP,and SIOP. Experience working in an

ISO 13485

environment.
