Job Description

Logistics Supervisor In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulations, which directly contributes to customer satisfaction and operational success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costs while meeting delivery timelines.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics management
  • 2+ years’ experience leading a team
  • 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environment
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and tools, preferably

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Certifications in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
