Fleet Manager CBM Logistics International Incorporated 6265 Atlantic Boulevard, Norcross, GA 30071 About Us We’re a dynamic and growing FedEx Ground contractor based in Norcross, GA, operating a fleet of 30 delivery vehicles. Our team moves fast, stays lean, and delivers top-tier service every day. We thrive on efficiency, hustle, and positive energy — and we’re now looking for a motivated, detail-oriented leader to step into a key operational role. The Role As Fleet Manager, you’ll take full ownership of daily operations. You’ll coordinate driver schedules, oversee vehicle maintenance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and respond quickly to issues as they arise. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with FedEx Ground experience who’s ready to grow with a business that values initiative and leadership. What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of a 30-vehicle fleet
- Create and manage driver schedules and route assignments
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Monitor and track key performance metrics (on-time delivery, safety compliance, etc.)
- Communicate with drivers, terminal staff, and management
- Respond quickly to real-time issues (call-outs, breakdowns, delays, etc.)
- Contribute to training, and process improvement What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience with FedEx Ground operations (as a driver, manager, or dispatcher)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Comfortable using fleet tech tools (GPS apps, scheduling platforms, etc.)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented Minimum Requirements
- 21+ years old (per FedEx policy)
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Available for early mornings and weekend shifts as needed Why Join Us
