The role will supervise our Charlotte, NC operations.

The qualifications include:

Hiring, training and managing a team of 3-5 route drivers. Managing the inventory of the facility. Hands-on assistance with routes and deliveries where required. The ability to learn and utilize our operational systems and procedures. The understanding (or ability to learn) how to lead a warehouse facility with attention to detail and great organization and accountability. A valid CDL, clean driving background, drug screen and DMV record. An outgoing, cheerful demeanor that loves interacting with our customers, peers and team members. A positive, respectful, “can-do” leadership attitude. A leader that can motivate the team on a daily basis. A money driven mindset with a service driven work ethic. Ability to lift 45 pounds.
