Landscape Crew Leader Tuxedo Landscaping Strafford, NH 03884 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Bed Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing crew members while maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various landscapes. Duties Supervise and lead a team of landscaping crew member(s) in daily operations. Oversee groundskeeping tasks, including pruning, weeding, mulching, brush removal, planting, and general landscape maintenance . Train crew members on proper techniques for building and maintaining landscapes. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress. Skills Proven experience in landscaping, with a strong background in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care practices, plant ID, pruning techniques, and power equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build effective solutions on-site. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
