The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, with expertise in tree care, lawn care, and garden maintenance. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals in various landscape maintenance tasks. Oversee the care and maintenance of trees, lawns, gardens, and other landscape features. Ensure proper irrigation practices are followed to maintain healthy plant life. Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements. Train new crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools used for landscaping to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on landscape maintenance. Strong knowledge of lawn maintenece and landscaping work Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members alike. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license may be required for transporting crew members or equipment.
