Our expertise lies in managing labor-intensive products and facilitating efficient omnichannel distribution. Summary We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Productiv Inc. This role is pivotal in overseeing shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Manage team performance, providing training and support to enhance skills and productivity. Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking shipments and maintaining accurate records. Implement process improvements to streamline shipping procedures and reduce costs. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely preparation of shipments for distribution. Monitor shipping schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands. Collaborate with other departments to resolve shipping-related issues effectively. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the shipping area. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or shipping supervision, preferably in a logistics environment. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce. Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is a plus. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing shipments and records. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals. Knowledge of e-commerce logistics is beneficial but not required.
