JOB DESCRIPTION

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for executing key distribution and delivery activities including product pickups, deliveries to retail partners, and internal transfers. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment, maintains compliance with state and local regulations, and supports inventory, paperwork, and special projects as directed by leadership. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and committed to maintaining safety and product integrity throughout the distribution process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately pick and pack orders daily. Deliver key customer orders accurately and on time as needed. Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance for the company vehicle. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Safely handle and transport cannabis and other regulated materials Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status, tracking information, and return requests. Support the pickup and delivery of products per customer orders Assist with compliance paperwork and inventory documentation as needed. Collaborate with team members via Asana, Slack, and email to provide updates and manage workflows. Communicate clearly and directly when issues or concerns arise to enable timely troubleshooting. Coordinate with the production team to ensure inventory levels meet demand. Make last-minute order adjustments when requested by customers. Notify customers in advance of any delivery delays. Inspect merchandise prior to loading and delivery. Assist with pulling, staging, and organizing items for shipment. Ensure all items are securely packed and transported to prevent damage or loss. Load and unload products using pallet jacks or other necessary equipment. Maintain confidentiality of business operations and sensitive company information. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or

CEO. SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a variety of environments, including plant, warehouse, and co-packing facilities. Comfortable working at heights, standing or sitting for extended periods. Able to work in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions both indoors and outdoors. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing repetitive tasks or lifting. Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Organized with strong planning abilities and knowledge of shipping/receiving practices. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Google Suite (preferred) or Microsoft Office Suite. Strong computer skills and comfort working with ERP and communication tools.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED and two years or more of related work experience Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record Cannabis experience, a plus
