The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution processes. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity within the warehouse environment. Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes. Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity. Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations and improve service levels. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Analyze operational performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Manage the scheduling of shipments and deliveries to meet customer demands in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role within a distribution center or e-commerce environment. Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and machinery is preferred. Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and inventory management practices. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of warehouse operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
