Immediate Hire About the Role We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This role requires strong warehouse and logistics experience, safe driving skills, and professional customer interaction. While primarily based at our warehouse in South Tampa, the position may occasionally support operations at our Midtown/West Tampa warehouse as needed. This is a hands-on role that includes maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment, including personal workspace and bathroom Receive, tag, and store incoming materials accurately Stage outgoing products based on delivery schedules Use ERP software (NetSuite preferred) to track inventory and material movement Coordinate closely with the Purchasing team to keep records up to date Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and delivery vehicles Delivery Operations Drive a large box truck (non-CDL) for local deliveries of cabinetry and appliances Operate lift gates and use dollies or carts to move heavy items safely Deliver cabinets and appliances independently to job sites in a safe and professional manner Complete daily truck inspections following the pre-trip/post-trip checklist and regularly communicate the vehicle’s condition. Load, unload, and secure merchandise to prevent damage Follow proper lifting techniques, safety protocols, and DOT regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and perform routine vehicle inspections Communicate delivery status and issues to the Purchasing team Requirements Prior experience in a warehouse environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proven experience driving large box trucks and operating lift gates and dollies Experience delivering cabinetry and appliances independently Forklift and pallet jack experience required Proficient with computers; ERP system experience preferred (NetSuite ideal) Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely Comfortable working around customers and contractors Why Join Us Join a respected company serving high-end residential and commercial projects Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment Enjoy consistent hours, a strong team culture, and opportunities for growth
