Mornings/Evenings/Overnights Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate who has a growth mindset to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. You will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing environment, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a distribution center setting and be familiar with using RF scanners and reach trucks. Spanish speakers are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery (machine operation experience preferred) Assist in the manufacturing process and ensure production quality standards are met Maintain a safe and organized work environment Support team members to achieve daily production goals Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed Operate a forklift (forklift experience is a bonus) Follow all safety procedures and regulations Requirements Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required. Must wear steel-toed boots for safety. Clean background check required. Must be willing to learn and grow within the company. Loyalty and dedication to the company is highly valued. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
