Description
Summary
The Warehouse and Driver positions are responsible for ensuring that material is readily available to send to customers.
These positions must accurately and safely receive and store materials, as well as picking and packing orders for pickup and delivery to customers, maintaining Coburn’s exceptional standard of customer service.
This is a Non-CDL position.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in related industry.
Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Routinely drives/operates forklifts; works with tools, and equipment. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. Manufacturing environment with variable but moderately high noise levels. Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required. A consistent presence at work is required.
Must pass company-required drug screen and physical.
Age & Licensing Requirements
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have to ability to travel to Coburn’s customer and company branch locations.
Non-CDL Drivers:
Drivers of vehicles that are transporting material intrastate[1], with a GVWR of 26,000 pounds or less are required to be a minimum age of 21 years old and licensed as follows: Texas
- personal driver’s license with medical card.
Mississippi & Tennessee - Class D license with medical card.
Louisiana - Chauffeurs license (Class D) with medical card.
In order to operate a forklift, the operator must be a minimum age of 18 years old and successfully complete Coburn’s Forklift Operator Certification.
