80 / hourGeneral Laborer (2nd Shift) The General Laborer will assist with maintaining the facility in a clean and organized manner.

The General Laborer will perform a variety of duties to include, but not limited to, Cleaning and scraping of floors and aisle; Prepare and clean-up work areas for maintenance mechanics; Clean out machine bottoms; Empty recycling containers and trash cans; Operate forklift(s); Paint as needed; and follow verbal and/or written orders of the supervisor and/or manager. Key Responsibilities

• Empty trash cans and recycling containers
• Clean floors by the use of powered and non-powered equipment and/or tools, this includes in the Manufacturing building, outside at chip trailers and any other area deemed needing cleaned by a Supervisor or Manager
• Operate stand-up or sit down lift
• Change batteries in lift, and perform routine maintenance and daily safety checks on forklift
• Clean out machine bottoms
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics as needed, to include preparing and cleaning-up work areas
• Paint, such as rails, guards, pole, etc
• Constant standing and walking throughout assigned shift
• Perform elevated work from a scissor lift and/or man lift
• Requires reaching at shoulder level
• Requires twisting, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending and climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
• Perform other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires passing a forklift driving test
• Required to be self sufficient and highly motivated Job Benefits

  Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm
