Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our production ad fulfillment team. This position will help support the manufacturing process by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and ensuring that our products meet quality and safety standards. They will also ensure that our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and mixing of ingredients according to recipes and production guidelines. Operate food processing machinery, including baking, mixing, and packaging equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and report any issues to the Production Supervisor. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety protocols. Help with inventory management, including stocking raw materials and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Participate in routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing slips and company standards. Prepare and label packages for shipment using shipping software. Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring products are stored in the correct locations. Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed. Inspect products for quality and damage before packing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments. Communicate with team members to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. —

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards (HACCP/ServSafe certification is a plus). Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. —
