Call Center Manager Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical 405 Donovans Lane, Kodak, TN 37764 Position Overview The Call Center Manager plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by leading the call center team responsible for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, dispatch, and follow-through. This leadership position ensures seamless communication between customers and field teams, while optimizing performance and team development. Key Responsibilities Oversee all call center operations, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication. Supervise and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives, fostering a supportive and high-performance environment. Develop and implement outbound call schedules and campaigns to increase lead generation and bookings.
