We contract providers to offer psychiatric services, individual and family counseling, targeted case management services, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), as well as ketamine infusions. We are in network with most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in capturing new clients and ensuring our current clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, along with the ability to understand the services being offered by Arc Mental Health and communicate effectively with clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Analyze client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions that enhance client success. Communicate regularly with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and manage account information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer scheduling, referral coordination, providers, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations. Provide training and onboarding support to new clients, ensuring they understand the services we offer and insurance coverage of the same. Monitor client usage of services, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong analytical abilities to assess trends and client needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Solid project management skills to oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously.
