  • High Luxury Retail We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and polished Service Coordinator to join our luxury retail team.

This critical role ensures the seamless operation of client services, supports sales associates, and delivers an elevated experience for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of discretion, and a commitment to providing white-glove customer service in a boutique setting.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate client repairs and service needs, including tracking timelines and updating clients on repair progress. Serve as the primary point of contact in the service department for all client interactions via email, phone, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Manage and resolve escalated client inquiries or concerns with poise, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring a luxury service experience. Input data entry and maintain meticulous records of client services, repairs, and special requests. Collaborate with sales associates to support in-store service appointments, including assisting with POS transactions and coordinating follow-ups. Maintain department and boutique standards by managing inventory, restocking merchandise, and ensuring all department supplies are readily available. Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the boutique is impeccably prepared for business each day. Uphold confidentiality and discretion, managing sensitive client information in alignment with luxury retail standards.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with luxury POS systems is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to delivering superior client experiences. Prior experience in a high-luxury retail or customer service role is strongly preferred.
