Edible Arrangements is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidate to join our team! This is a fun and exciting workplace where you will assist with sales, customer service, inventory management, and store operations while ensuring high-quality product standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising staff, inventory, and sales. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and understanding their needs. Recommend and upsell products to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals. Maintain store cleanliness and follow operational procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately and follow register policies. Ensure product quality, proper merchandising, and stock rotation. Work as a team player to complete daily tasks efficiently. Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Adapt to a fast-paced environment while handling guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products. Good math and money-handling skills. Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between Dartmouth & Fall River, MA locations.
