The Account Coordinator is responsible for all communication with the client, reporting all required metrics, admin duties, Injury/Incident escalation, overseeing recruitment, and the day to day point of contact. Ensure the Focus internal staff is in compliance with all SOPs and are reaching the required recruiting daily/weekly targets. The Account Coordinator is also responsible for assigning employees to designated areas, and coaching employees on attendance/performance. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building. Job Requirements Excellent People Skills Management and Organization Skills Strong computer experience with databases, EXCEL, WORD, Internet, Email, and other Microsoft programs. Customer Service Ability to multi-task Previous experience in warehouse/production/manufacturing a plus Very Fast paced Friendly and Outgoing Articulate in verbal communication Strong written communication

Leadership Skills:

The Account Coordinator will be in charge of training and leading the internal staff. Available to be reached any time Roles Close communication with client and contacts Provide any training that team members need Communicate clear instructions to team members Listen to team members’ feedback Monitor team members’ participation to ensure the training they provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed Distribute reports to the appropriate personnel Handle any injury/incident situations that may arise Checking all advertising avenues for traffic Connecting and volunteering with local community for visibility and outreach Ensure all employees are paid correctly
