Client Success Manager Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This role blends technical expertise in print production with hands-on account and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prepress, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring an exceptional client experience from project inception through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and responding to inquiries and concerns Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding goals, expectations, and challenges Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and offer tailored solutions Maintain transparency by providing timely updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables Project Coordination & Execution Coordinate with internal departments—including prepress, production, and shipping—to ensure successful project execution Clearly communicate client expectations across teams to align on quality standards, schedules, and deliverables Manage multiple print projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and maintaining high attention to detail Proactively monitor timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met Job Ticket Management Accurately interpret job specifications from clients. Enter comprehensive job details into the production system, verifying accuracy and completeness Confirm production details such as quantities, materials, finishing options, and delivery requirements Prepress & File Preparation Review digital files to ensure compliance with print production standards and specifications Perform preflight checks to identify and resolve potential issues related to layout, resolution, color, and file setup Evaluate and approve internal proofs and test prints to ensure final output aligns with client expectations and quality benchmarks

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the printing industry or a closely related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and production software Strong understanding of print production workflows, color management, and file preparation standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Background in graphic design is a plus CRM experience a plus

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
