Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Accurately record customer and vehicle information for service records. Communicate vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the service team. Recommend necessary maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts. Establish follow-up times and maintain clear communication with customers. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, providing frequent updates to customers. Ensure the final invoice matches the work performed on the repair order. Explain all completed work and charges to customers in a clear and friendly manner. Qualifications Knowledge of automobiles and automotive service processes. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to handle high volume and work efficiently under pressure. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) focused.
