Kitchen and Bath Showroom Coordinator 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 245 Summit Point Drive, Henrietta, NY 14467 Employee-Owned Premier Countertop Company is looking for a Kitchen and Bath Showroom Coordinator to join the Sales team for a growing company in Rochester.
JOB SUMMARY
Oversees daily operations of a showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting sales and design teams. Greets customers, answers inquiries, maintains showroom displays, and often assists with tasks like working with customers, scheduling appointments, and coordinating deliveries. Responds to customer inquiries regarding product offerings, company services, product pricing, order status, and delivery schedules. Provides excellent customer service by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products, services and or product specifications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Follow up on customer inquires regarding product offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax and in-person showroom visits; prepare sales quotes for current and prospective clients. Collaborate with production staff to review customer requirements and product specifications. • Analyze customer specifications, layouts, and dimensions to develop accurate pricing and communicate relevant information to clients. Meet with clients in the showroom to explain materials, edge profiles and finishes, and assist them through the selection process. Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of product samples based on customer requests. Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required. Two to three years’ sales or customer service experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to educate customers on the product. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
