Quality Assurance Supervisor 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Levittown, NY 11756 Merry Maids of Levittown is looking for an energetic Quality Assurance Supervisor, who has a passion for interactions with clients as well as staff members. The primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of quality assurance/control, customer relations, and associate relations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and growth of all current employees as well as monitors and evaluates employee performance
• Train any new employees
• Coordinate, monitor, and participate in video and on-the-job training as necessary.
• Inspect homes on a regular basis as assigned and interacting with associates as well as clients.
• Follow-up with associates and clients to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with cleanings when needed.
• Develops and maintains positive employee relations and work climate by promoting open dialogue and mutual respect.
• Maintains safe work environment through proactive and reactive safety/risk management measures; serves as the office safety coordinator. Screening Requirements
• Ability to drive to several work site locations throughout the workday.
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
• Ability to wash floors on hands and knees as needed. Qualifications
• Fully fluent in speaking/writing in English and Spanish
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• High energy and ability to multitask
• Excellent listening skills, empathy and a high level of customer service orientation
• Computer literacy and proficiency in: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook Education, Experience, and certifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of house cleaning experience
• Management experience preferred
