Customer Care Supervisor 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 33-00 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 If you thrive in a fast-paced, large call center environment, consider this position. This transportation contact center handles inbound advanced reservations calls and customer service calls on travel days for their customer base. The Evening Shift Supervisor position will be filled by a team member who possesses strong leadership skills to create a positive, customer-focused, results-driven work atmosphere for their team. Their primary focus is associate coaching and development, performance and quality management to client expectations, along with associate accountability/management to adhere to policies and processes defined for the contact center.
