THIS IS NOT A JANITORIAL ROLE. THIS POSITION IS AN OVERSIGHT, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND TRAINING ROLE WITHIN OUR REGIONAL OFFICE STAFF. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
The right candidate will possess or has the will to Learn
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge in the commercial cleaning industry or the desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning (recommended, not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computing skills ( Microsoft Word, Google, ETC…)
- Confidence and ability to provide on-site training (On the job training provided)
- Customer service skills
- Background check required
- Valid Drivers License This is a salaried position with commissions opportunities!
